The whole school focus this week has been 'Children's Mental Health Week!'
At assembly the children were reminded of the 5 Steps to Wellbeing:
- Connect
- Be active
- Take Notice
- Keep learning
- Give
To promote the 5 steps the children have participated in a variety of activities such as:
- Meeting at the Parochial Hall and walking to school,
- The P5 and P7 classes participated in Shared Education with children from Moy Regional - the theme for the shared activities was being active!
- All classes enjoyed a walk! The P1-P4 children walked in the Church carpark and the older classes completed the beautiful river walk around the Moy village.
- Sustrans are visiting the school on Thursday to deliver a workshop to the P5, P6 & P7 children on bicycle maintenance.
- On Friday all classes will enjoy coaching with Micheal.
