This week Amanda Morton from Athletics NI and Elite Athlete Luke Dinsmore officially crowned our boys XC squad as Flahavans 2025 winners. After receiving the plaque, Luke took the pupils for a speed endurance workout and finished off with a Q & A session. It was a great way to celebrate their accomplishment. It was also a special moment for Thomas & Grace who both finished inside the top 20 in their respective races at the final. Well done, they clearly are eating porridge for breakfast!
