We had a great day celebrating Pancake Tuesday. The children enjoyed learning about the history and reasons we celebrate as well as all the traditions connected it to it, both here in Ireland and across the world. Most especially the children enjoyed cooking and tasting delicious pancakes topped with treats of all flavours.
